EDUO 9841: Research and travel to destinations of your choice. Reflect on the sites visited, and consider ways in which your travel experience will enhance your instruction. Collaborate with the course instructor to determine the number of credits available for the completion of your planned itinerary. To begin the process, students will register for at least one semester unit. They will send the instructor a tentative travel itinerary and their areas of study interest. The instructor will collaborate with the student and together they will establish any additional units that they may be able to earn available for the planned travel study trip. If additional units are warranted the student will then enroll for the additional units as agreed upon. NOTE: If you are traveling with any organized Educational Travel company (such as Rustic Pathways, EF Tours, Globus, etc.), there may be other Dominican options for you. Earn 2-3 units/credits for the work and time you put in for the trip - research, travel and reflect on the locales visited.

The fee for this course covers only the cost of the course tuition and one official transcript that will be mailed upon successful course completion and grading. All travel expenses and/or admission fees are the responsibility of the student.

Please note that you may only register for 18 units/credits within a six month period for a total of 36 units/credits during a calendar year. Any registrations beyond 18 units/credits within six months require pre-approval from the Professional Development Division of DominicanCAonline and from your School District.
