As teacher’s responsibilities are rapidly changing to meet the needs of their 21st century learners, every teacher must be an educational leader. This course requires the implementation of the professional learning action plan created in Building an Effective Teacher Leader. The leadership skills of the teacher will be enhanced through the experience of facilitating the professional learning plan with colleagues. As a reflective practitioner the teacher leader will analyze and communicate the effect of the professional learning on student success.
You have selected a course that is eligible for credits in a certificate program. If you want to enroll in the certificate program, you must select the following and pay a $75.00 administrative fee. If you do not wish to be part of the certificate program, you do not need to pay the administrative fee.

Please note that you may only register for 18 units/credits within a six month period for a total of 36 units/credits during a calendar year. Any registrations beyond 18 units/credits within six months require pre-approval from the Professional Development Division of DominicanCAonline and from your School District.
