Teacher leadership in not an isolated task. Growing as a leader involves building connections with colleagues while remaining grounded in improving learning for all students. Explore the complexities of communicating with adult learners as you exercise your leadership skills to maximize the learning experiences for all students. Create conditions that encourage individual commitment to action that have impact on improving classroom practices and student success.

If you do not wish to be part of the certificate program, you do not need to pay the administrative fee.

Please note that you may only register for 18 units/credits within a six month period for a total of 36 units/credits during a calendar year. Any registrations beyond 18 units/credits within six months require pre-approval from the Professional Development Division of DominicanCAonline and from your School District.
